I’d been thinking about doing a boudoir shoot before my wedding and finally reached out to Chantal — and I’m so glad I did. I arrived feeling excited but a little nervous, worrying I’d focus on my insecurities. From the moment I arrived, Chantal put me completely at ease, and the hair and makeup artist made me feel so glam. Seeing the final photos was incredible — I felt sexy, strong, and proud. Wow, what can I say. Firstly I need to thank Chantal for the new found respect I have for my body. I have never seen myself the way I look in the photos and now realise I actually look ok, no in fact I look good — so much better than I ever knew! I was terrified even getting in contact with Chantal, but my husband is my biggest fan and I wanted to get an album as a wedding present for him. Little did I know at the time what it would do for me too. Chantal relaxed me from our initial phone call and made the shoot so much fun, guiding me and having a laugh all the way through. I absolutely loved it and it’s safe to say my husband was very pleased with his wedding present. I can’t recommend Chantal and this experience enough. Just wanted to say a huge thank you for my boudoir photoshoot. I arrived at your fabulous studio excited for hair and makeup, but less excited about dressing up in front of someone new — how wrong I was! I felt instantly comfortable. You were so lovely, I relaxed quickly and actually started to feel really excited about the shoot. Now, I’m no model. I’m curvy, I have cellulite and a few tiger marks, but when I saw my photos I actually felt proud of my imperfections. For the first time in a long time I felt proud of my body. On Saturday I had a boudoir shoot with the lovely Chantal Storrs-Barbor at her Surrey studio. I was greeted with drinks and taken to the amazing studio, where the in-house pamper team did my hair and makeup. Chantal chatted with me about what I wanted and took some behind-the-scenes photos. I brought lots of outfits and quickly felt at ease — despite being a busy mum of five, Chantal made me feel empowered and confident. We used props, fairy lights, and even a wind machine to create the images. The three-hour shoot flew by, and seeing sneak peeks had me beaming. I left the studio so happy and couldn’t wait to share the photos with my husband and friends. Serena x

Can't recommend Chantal at CAPTIVATE highly enough. The whole session was so much fun, so relaxed, zero pressure, and I felt incredible from start to finish. And the end result? Wow. The photos are out of this world. I can't believe it's actually me! I wanted a more "reserved" session, just a little bit cheeky, but very feminine and flirty. Chantal gave me precisely what I asked for, and I felt I was in control of the session throughout. Chantal knows exactly how to make you feel relaxed. Wow, what can I say!! Thank you Chantal for such an absolutely amazing boudoir shoot. I literally felt a million dollars from start to finish. Was spoilt with a mini bottle of Prosecco! . So relaxed and comfortable all the way through, you really are a truly talented lady! I can’t even put into words how over the moon I am right now, and I’ve only seen 9 of the pictures!
